Deal Manager

Manage all aspects of deal facilitation including: Communication with external and internal new store development team members. Exception planning and plan implementation to resolve issues and obstacles to new store development. Track and review of expenditures for real estate related costs.Facilitating project land closings and lease signing including: Communicate/negotiate with internal and external legal representatives. Coordination of necessary documents, due diligence information needed to complete property acquisition.Tracking and monitoring of real estate projects to insure timely project completion. Also includes measuring performance of external store development team members.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor?s Degree in a related area or three to five years experience in a related position with basic knowledge of real estate procedures.Experience with all aspects of land acquisitions and development including closings, permitting and zoning issues.Negotiation skills.Excellent problem solving skills.Excellent communication skills.Self motivated.Excellent organization skills and very detailed oriented.Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
