Nortrax, Inc. a major distributor of John Deere heavy construction equipment, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Administrator in the Lafayette, LA and surrounding areas. Position requires knowledge of the construction equipment industry with two year related certificate from college or technical school or five years of related experience. The Customer Service Administrator will provide product support services and solutions to customers within designated territories to maximize product support sales while insuring maximum customer satisfaction levels.

Essential Duties:Maximize product support sales from designated customersMaintain customer service excellence by becoming an indispensable supplierWork with territory sales reps to maximize the probability of repeat sales and increase Nortrax’s share of new equipment purchasesDevelop new product support businessMaintain thorough knowledge of Nortrax’s product line and their product support requirementsBe cognizant of product support trends in the industryMonitor shifts in customer needs
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of the construction equipment industryTwo year related certificate from college or technical schoolOr, five years of related experience
