The Crew Superintendent is responsible for monitoring, overseeing and directing the work of all field operations for the Company and for the efficient utilization of manpower, materials and equipment on all projects.
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a familiarity in dealing with general contractors and their representatives. The sucessful candidate should have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications. The Superintendent must also have experience with personnel and equipment scheduling and management. The candidate must also be able to enforce Company policy pertaining to field operations.
