We are currently looking for energetic, fast moving individuals who fit the following:

Knowledge of Trades
Good, overall knowledge of all trades; Plumbing – Electrical – Drywall – Tile - Carpentry

Proper Equipment
Must have a good supply of tools to perform any of the above trades and own a truck or van

Trouble Shooting Skills
Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to be able to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner

Excellent Communication Skills
Must exhibit excellent communication skills with:
Customers
Management
Office Personnel
Fellow Employees
Documentation (for Invoicing)

Presentable
Clean-Cut appearance
Presentable vehicle
Organized tools

Background Check
Must be able to pass a background check

REQUIREMENTS
Have your own Vehicle (Truck or Van) and Tools.

Live within 10 miles of the Oak Park.

Pass Background check.

Have at least 6 years experience
