Construction Supervisor/Manager

The Project Supervisor/Manager is responsible for ensuting timely, cost-effective construction of projects.

Duties include: reviewing plans and specifications; managing onsite personnel and subcontractors; developing and updating schedules; documenting construction progress for billing; quality control; client liaison.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, training and education. Benefits include health insurance, dental plan, 401K, paid leave and holidays.

REQUIREMENTS
Two years of construction project supervision/management experience are required. Excellent communication, plan/specification comprehension, planning, organization and leadership skills are also required. Computer literacy is a must.

Familiarity with scheduling software a plus. Bachelor’s Degree preferred but equivalent training and experience will be considered.
