Construction Supervisor

Maintaining safe, secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
Preventing fines and interruptions by complying with and enforcing codes.
Follow-up responsibilities on finish details and punch lists.
Write routine reports and prepare calculations and scope of work.

Employee will receive health insurance after 3 months and 401K.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years related experience.
A complete understanding of site management.
The ability to coordinate and control the quality of performance of trade contractors.
Strong communications, presentation and personnel management skills in order to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors and/or employees of the organization.
