Construction Superintendents (Sr and Jr)

Purpose: Our client provides professional Program Management, Engineering, Architecture and Construction Management services, and is recognized internationally for its ability to deliver quality projects on time and within the established budget.

Established in the 80's with a staff of five and $10 million in construction revenues, they have since developed into a full-service international firm of more than 300 professionals. The company currently manages more than $700 million in projects. They provide their comprehensive specialized services to niche markets including distribution, food, industrial, government, education, and criminal justice. Job Description:

As a superintendent, you will oversee all of the field operations. This includes scheduling, coordination of subcontractors, sending in necessary reports, RFIs and change orders, overseeing plans and blueprints to make sure construction is meeting specifications, and overseeing day to day project safety.

We are seeking superintendents with the following project backgrounds:

1. We are seeking a superintendent with 5+ years PROVEN success in Food Processing Plant construction. Projects are typically $10 MM in size. Must be able to travel to Tremonton to work. Must have references of current completed projects and employers and have stable, proven work experience.

2. Superintendent with at least 1 year experience (some Food Processing Plant construction experience preferred) that is able to travel to Tremonton.

Qualifications:

- 1-5 years experience as a commercial superintendent with the specific project experience needed.
- BS Degree in Construction Management or related field
- Computer literate; experienced with Expedition, Suretrak, and MS Excel software programs
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully with clients and contractors
- Self-motivated and aggressive
- Supportive and team oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility
- Ability to travel
