Construction Superintendent

Purpose: Seeking a Construction Superintendent with 10-15 years experience in the Industry. Will be working on primarily Laboratory and Clean Room projects for one of California's premier engineering and contracting companies for mechanical, plumbing, process piping, and facility services.
Knowledge of framing, drywall, flooring, concrete, and forming is a must. Superintendent will be managing a crew of laborers, framers and drywallers. Will be responsible for ordering construction materials and creating schedules. In addition, will coordinate subcontractor's work and facilitate the project to its completion.

Candidates must have clean room or laboratory experience and extensive knowledge of clean room construction.
