Regional Sales Manager / Branded Sales Job Description:
•Develop new branded sales in the Eastern U.S by managing the regional sales process, to include: identifying leads, qualifying prospects, approving applications, negotiating agreements, and closing sales
•Maintain pipeline report of qualified sales leads and the status within the sales cycle, and report this information to team
•Present prospective “Branded” candidates and qualifications to franchisee selection committee for review and approval
•Assist team in development and deployment of “Branded” sales marketing strategies
•Ability to prospect new potential customers while building a successful network to specialty contractors


Compensation

•Based upon your sales and marketing ability
•$25,000 to $150,000
•Home Office
•No Travel Required
•Marketing and Support Staff

Sales Manager / “Branded” Sales Job Description:
•Experience within the franchise sales is a huge plus
•Knowledge of the Construction Industry helpful
•Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and grammar skills, as well as strong team building skills and a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Access) is also desired.
