Site supervisors are needed to oversee several multi-family restoration / renovation jobs caused by water, fire and wind losses. You will hire the subs, negotiate prices and see the jobs through the end. These are large apartment complexes and condos. Multi-family experience needed. The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the renovation of these damaged multi-family restoration projects, totaling several million dollars. Prior insurance restoration experience is required.
