Construction Project Managers

We need experienced Project Managers for projects located in South Florida from Miami to Fort Myers. In depth knowledge of commercial building construction with emphasis on renovations and remodeling is necessary. Project management experience in disaster reconstruction, is preferred. Certifications in mold and water remediation or any other certifications useful for disaster clean-up would make you a top candidate.We would like you to have a bachelors degree in construction, engineering, or architecture but that is not necessary.Project Managers must have 10 years experience in general construction project management, with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in disaster reconstruction projects. Additional experience in remodels or renovations very helpful. Experience with Xactimate estimating software a definite plus. High attention to detail and accuracy in project reports a must. WE ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO CURRENTLY LIVE IN THE MIAMI AREA.

*In depth knowledge of the commercial construction industry and specifically the restoration process and procedures.* Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Excellent mathematical abilities.* Excellent ability to complete required paperwork.* Very strong organizational skills.* Advanced computer skills, particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook.* Xactimate experience preferred.
