Construction Project Manager - Philadelphia, PA

As a Capital Programs Project Manager, you will develop facility projects, both renovation and new construction, to support the Capital Program at an account. You will manage projects from initiation stage through planning, design and construction. The Capital Programs Project Manager reports to the Capital Program Manager.


Job Requirements
Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree and/or 10+ years industry & management experience as well as the ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services. Strong organizational and project management skills are critical to success in this role. Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications required.
