Construction Project Manager, Hotels (DE6122)

Capable of handling multiple projects within a team environment.

Develop, Create project control budgets, scheduling and manage schedule and costs of all consultants and contractors.

Coordination, lead and organize all team meetings.

Negotiate best-value contracts with all disciplines of design & construction.

Understanding and ensuring all components of construction sites are correct.

Ability to schedule all design & Construction activities.

Ability to analyze all construction specifications.

Lead and evaluate value engineering practices.

Understand and evaluate mechanical/electrical design & engineering systems.
REQUIREMENTS
4-6 Years Experience Architecture, Construction, Estimation, Scheduling and Project Management. SCHGEE.

4-6 Years Experience Architecture, Construction, Estimation, Scheduling and Project Management.

Knowledgeable of Full Service Hotel Construction Experience.

Knowledge of Bidding practices.

BS in Construction Management or related field.
