Duties of an ideal client are budgeting, scheduling, computer estimating and subcontractor negotiations. The candidate will be responsible for the overall management and direction of the pre construction and construction efforts on assigned projects.


Qualifications of an ideal candidate would have 10+ years experience managing construction projects with some large project experience, some hospital experience. Looking for someone who has hands on experience building projects, no facilitators.
