Manages construction of new homes within a residential community
Coordinates, supervises and hires qualified subcontractor construction trades
Inspects, monitors and examines construction work, warranty repairs to detect problems and ensure work conforms to specifications and quality guidelines
Reads specifications, such as blueprints and neighborhood standard features to determine construction requirements
Records information to process weekly subcontractor payroll and submits according to specified time guidelines
Represents Company in preconstruction meetings and conducts meetings with buyers
Handles home warranty work in a timely and professional manner

Previous Construction Manager experience with a volume builder required
Project management skills required
Must possess good organization and time management skillsMust be able to supervise a variety of subcontractorsMust be able to communicate well with subcontractors, home buyers, and various levels of company managementCompany Benefits Include
