ENGINEERING POSITIONS
1. Mechanical Tool Design Engineer HE0806ME
(Immediate opening in St. Louis, MO)

Well established engineering company in the St. Louis area is looking for Mechanical Design Engineer. The company is involved in the design, manufacturing and sales of passenger car and truck service equipment including computer-based wheel alignment systems, suspension and brake testing systems, wheel balancers, on- and off-car brake lathes, tire changers and vehicle lifts. As a lead designer you will be responsible for the development of machines for use in the automotive service industry and will be responsible for machine design projects from conception through production release. Responsibilities include developing mechanical components and subsystems, specification development, design, analysis and testing. Design includes the selection of part configurations, materials and manufacturing processes, and validating thru testing and analysis. Candidates must have min 5+ years exp of related machine tool design, including Hydraulics, Mechanism design, Structural analysis, Machined metal parts, material and heat treat. Also System integration, Patent experience and CAD experience (Pro-Engineer preferred). BS in Mechanical Engineering is required.
Salary is $65K to $75K+ D.O.E. plus full benefits, bonuses, tuition and relocation.
2. Mechanical Construction Engineer GP0706CE
(Immediate opening in Seattle Metro Area, Washington)

Engineering company in the Seattle Metro area has an immediate opening for a Mechanical Construction Engineer to work on the company’s’ commercial plumbing and piping projects. Candidate must have min. 7 to 10 years experience as a Mechanical Construction Engineer on Plumbing & Piping systems for commercial, light industrial, and critical environment facilities projects. Piping & Plumbing Estimator responsibilities:

Must be proficient with estimating and scheduling software. Knowledge of Quick Pen software is a plus.

CONSTRUCTION POSITIONS
1. Construction Superintendent KC0906CS (NEW)

(Immediate opening with General Contractor in the Reno, Nevada area)

Well established General Contractor in Reno area has an immediate opening for a Construction Superintendent to work on a large hotel/hospitality project in Monterey, CA. Duties will include planning prior to and throughout construction, assisting with the master schedule, material take offs, assuring that the project schedule is met or exceeded, project documentation (Daily/weekly Reports, Time Sheets, Safety records), communication with subcontractors, Project team, Design Team, Building Department, Utility Companies, Client’s Agents, Union Representatives, etc.
Candidates must have min 5 years experience as a construction superintendent, and must have experience on hotel/ hospitality and high-rise projects. Construction Management training (or trade programs) is desired, computer skills utilizing MSOffice and Windows 2000 is required. Travel to jobsites is required. Pre-employment drug testing is required.

Salary $85K to $95K with full benefits package.
2. Director - Project Development CT1205DP
(Immediate opening in Washington)

Large resort and time-share development company has an immediate opening for a Director of Project Development in their Washington office. This person will report to senior management, lead the Project Team and will be responsible for managing all aspects of project development including site selection, financial analysis, product design, hiring of consultants, managing of job costs, construction, real estate registration, legal, sales and resort operations. Other responsibilities will include: coordinate with Land Acquisition, Legal and Due Diligence; establish and manage budgets and schedule for new projects; direct project design, entitlement, and financing process; make public presentations for entitlements; oversee construction process and FF&E Procurement and Installation; and coordinate with Operations, Sales and Marketing. An average of two days travel to various jobsites will be required.
Candidate must have a min 10-15 years of development experience for resort/hospitality or mid to high-rise residential projects, either with an owner/developer or builder. Candidate must have a thorough understanding of structuring real estate transactions, excellent communications skills, supervision skills and computer skills. Experience managing multiple projects and development managers is required. 4 year degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or finance is required. Salary $95K to $100K with full benefits package.
3. Construction Manager CT0406CM
(Immediate opening in Washington)

Large Development Company is looking for a Construction Manager in their Seattle area office. This person will be responsible for resort development projects including pre-construction and permitting, construction contract(s), construction administration, load coordination, turnover, closeout and warranty maintenance. Multiple resort responsibility workloads vary depending upon size, complexity. Duties will include development of project plan, construction contract, schedule and budget, contractor selection, contract initiation with the Legal Department, monitor and review construction documents, manage construction processes, communications within Resort Development Department, coordinate submittal process with Contractor and Architect/designer, manage the project completion, punchlist, turnover and closeout processes, monitor requests during the warranty period and assist the property management group. Candidate must have a BS/BA in Construction Management or related engineering/architectural field, min 5 years related experience as a Construction Manager, and must be proficient with Excel, Word, Primavera and PowerPoint, or other scheduling software. Resort construction experience (hotel/hospitality, multi-family mid to high-rise) is preferred. Second language, preferably Spanish, is a plus. Salary is up to $90K. Excellent benefits.

1. Sales Manager - Software GP0606SS
(Immediate opening in Florida)

Large Software Modeling and Simulation Company has an immediate opening for a Sales Manager in their Orlando, Florida or Huntsville, Alabama offices. This person will oversee all direct and indirect Simulation Software sales, establish annual Product Sales and Marketing Plan, establish and manage worldwide distribution chain, VARs, OEMs and strategic alliances with external agents, and develop advertising strategies.
