Construction Inspector--North Bay

Purpose: A full-service Design-Build firm seeks a candidate to work on the inspection of a multi-million dollar water/waster treatment plant renovation project. The Construction Inspector will work in conjunction with the Sonoma County Public Works Department. You will read blue prints, work with sub-contractors, and ensure standards and codes. You must also have experience handling RFI's, change orders, and submittals. Our client is looking for a confident individual to be the primary point of contact between the owner, architects, and engineers.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of construction inspection experience on mechanical, electrical and civil type projects. Any project experience on Water/Wastewater plants a HUGE plus.
