Construction Field Supervisor - Swimming Pools

Position Description:
With a focus on providing excellent customer satisfaction, you will manage the processes to support the successful completion of multiple pool building projects, including the entire on-site construction phase activities from backyard layout to final inspection. In this highly responsible position, you will be overseeing sub-contractors, ensuring that Anthony & Sylvan's quality standards are met, making crucial decisions regarding construction, and communicating with our customers on a regular basis.
REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor's degree is required and relevant project management and construction experience is a plus. Must have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus, aptitude for construction, and computer knowledge.
