Construction Estimator / Project Manager / Sales

We are a mid size general contractor doing commercial and retail work , and are looking to expand by adding another estimator. We have been in business since 1985.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements are:

1) 10 years exp in the general construction estimating.
2) Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of construction
3) Ability to perform conceptual estimates
4) Thorough knowledge of MS Office 2003 applications
5) Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera scheduling software helpful
6) Familiarity with American Contractor accounting and estimating software helpful
7) Broad client and subcontractor database
8) Ability to handle all phases of construction from initial client meeting to estimate and through final completion
9) Ability to handle several projects/estimates simultaneously
10) Must be well organized and professionally presentable
11) Flexibility to work well with others
