Construction Estimator/Field Superintendent (DE5252)

Understand and interprets plans and specification.

Assist Plant/General Superintendent in Administers the material handling requirements set forth in the policy & procedures.

Assist Plant/General Superintendent in directing and conducts inspections during construction/paving to insure that the plans and specifications are being followed.

Assist safety supervisors to implement and enforce safety measures.

Assist Plant/General Superintendent in directing and maintaining overall responsibility for site maintenance to include safety and cleanliness during and after construction.

Assist Plant/General Superintendent in coordinating and implementing customer change orders and conducts warranty work for timely completion and quality control.

Perform duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years Field Superintendent construction/Paving Experience.

3-5 Years Estimating Experience in Construction/Paving industry. SCHGEE.

Experience with BID2WIN software and AGTEK Software.

BS in Construction engineering or construction Management.
