Construction Estimator (DE8211)

Coordination with Project Managers in the assignment of project related responsibilities to estimating.

Plans and communicates to project managers on estimating, bids for commercial, Residential, Hospitals, Schools, Hotels, mechanical and civil projects.

Participates in the presentation of estimation proposals, budgets to clients and prospective clients.

Presenting the project scope of work, estimated costs, risks, and opportunities during final assigned estimates.

Perform assigned work as required.
REQUIREMENTS
5-7 years Estimation construction experience in Commercial, Residential, Mechanical and Civil industries.

Knowledgeable in Commercial, Residential, Hospitals, Schools, Hotels, Mechanical and Civil Construction experience. SCHGEE.

Knowledgeable in Construction estimation software and MS office.

Excellent written and verbal skills with vendors, clients and Project Managers.

BS in Construction Management or work related experience.
