Construction Equipment Senior Finan- cial Analyst Volvo Construction Equipment has an im- mediate opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for Re- porting, SAP General Ledger Key User Acti- vities and Treasury Cash Flow forecasting. The position will re- port to the facility con- troller and will have significant responsi- bility for assisting management with data analysis and re- porting. The position is an integral part of the Asheville Plant manufacturing team. The successful candi- date will be responsi- ble for submitting ac- tual monthly figures, responsible for distri- bution and assessment processes for P&L and Balance sheet, and re- sponsible for monthly I/C reconciliation and resolving counterpart reporting issues. You'll provide assis- tance in PWC audit ac- tivities for FS Items and the GL account matrix. You'll also be responsible for cre- ating data extracts for aid in financial analy- sis. In addition, you'll create SAP user train- ing material for GL and CART (Essbase) and be responsible for training the Finance dept and others on CART and SAP Finan- cial modules as needed Other duties include preparation of Es- sbase reports, Busi- ness Plan input into Hyperion Pillar and SAP, and preparation of cash flow forecasts to Treasury to be used for hedging. The posi- tion is also responsible for ongoing continuous improvement activi- ties for overall report- ing processes. Required qualifica- tions include a BS or Masters in Accounting or Finance, 4 years ex- perience in a manufac- turing finance func- tion, exceptional PC skills including SAP and Microsoft Office software applications, excellent interperson- al and communication skills, and demonstrat- ed organization and leadership skills. Desired qualifications include lean process and six sigma exp.
