ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Working knowledge of AutoCAD

Ø Completes design packages for YBC Projects.

Ø Make needed revisions to drawings as requested by the CEO/CM

Ø Timely completion of conceptual drawings

Ø Assist Sales personnel with design requests

Ø Complete estimating as needed for all projects

Ø Maintain the Foreman Trailer & Hardware Inventory reports

Ø Maintain Heavy Equipment Inventory Reports and Maintenance Schedules

Ø Responsibility of all mechanical field tool purchases

Ø Fleet Management





ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proficient in most Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

· Skill in analyzing situations accurately and taking effective action.

· Ability to work as a team player throughout the company.

· Skill in exercising a high degree of initiative and judgment to achieve departmental goals.

· Knowledge of mathematics, including basic algebra and geometry.

· Bachelors Degree – Engineering (Preferably structural)

· 3-5 years experience in Estimating

· 3-5 years AutoCAD designer

· Ability to recognize and meet deadlines
