Construction Architect / Project Manager

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority. **

SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide construction/project management services at a customer site located in Fauquier County. Duties will include working with subcontractors, providing briefings and schedule updates, and overall execution of the project. Preferred candidate will be an architect with design and project management experience. Such a candidate will be involved in some design, design reviews and project management. Must subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
