Penick & Sons, one of the oldest family-owned and operated businesses in Southern California, has great opportunities for Concrete Foremen, Carpenter Form Setters, Masons and Skilled Concrete Laborers who reside in or would like to relocate to San Diego. We seek Concrete Foremen, Carpenter Form Setters, Masons and Skilled Concrete Laborers with successful multi-story CIP track records. **We will re-train carpenters with roofing and framing background.**

Requirements for Concrete Foreman:

The successful candidate for Concrete Foreman must have:

Ability to work independently and bring innovations to a project
Ability to read plans, layout projects, build forms and pour concrete.
Minimum of 5 years of experience
