Concrete Finisher

Gilchrist Construction Company, LLC, a fast paced heavy highway contractor, headquartered in central Louisiana, is now recruiting an experienced Sawing and Sealing Foreman. In this position, the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and productive operations of an assigned number of employees in the crew; responsible for production, quality, quantity, and efficiency of the crew; and directly supervise all daily work of the crew. Salary dependent upon experience.

REQUIREMENTS
The right candidate must be responsible, willing to work long hours and swing shifts. Must have leadership qualities and the ability and willingness to learn. Concrete experience a plus, but not required.


* Must pass drug test, physical, background and reference checks.
