Community Manager
The Empire Companies, an expanding real estate, home building, commercial development, and aviation services company with over 30 years of successful history seeks a dynamic and self-motivated Community Manager to join us in Tehachapi, CA!
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination and management of a single family, multifamily and/or townhome community. Supervise, motivate, and provide leadership to the community team. Deal directly with the customer. Address and resolve problems relating to sales, service or the construction process. Prepare all budgets. Monitor and approve change orders, invoice payments and cost to subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Monitor land take requirements and release sections for development. Oversee transition of community to homeowner's association.
