Community Construction Manager

Your innovative ideas and persistence are critical to our reputation of being one of the nation's leading builders of fine homes and a FORTUNE 500 Company.We're seeking a highly capable Community Construction Manager who has a healthy respect for smooth workflow and knows the importance of ensuring that every cost is accurate and warranted; and that every facet of home-building (even the smallest detail), should meet high standards of workmanship.You will be responsible for completion of communities through preparation, maintenance and monitoring of construction schedules. You will have supervisory responsibilities and will also oversee and direct all subcontractors, remedial work and homeowner walk-throughs in compliance with company safety programs. Community completion also involves coordinating work necessary to achieve bond release and transition with the necessary departments, as well as closings with sales and ensuring that home completion meets quality standards. This includes obtaining all permits and approvals.Requirements for this position include a bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university, along with 1-2 years related experience and/or training. Supervisory skills necessary.K.
