Our client is one of Tampa/St. Pete’s most admired commercial and residential real estate developers, owners, and property managers. This aggressive, privately held, real estate firm is developing over 1.5Msf of commercial properties in the next five years. On behalf of our client, we are searching for an energetic and professional commercial Project Manager to lead the construction of a new, premier, class “A”, 125Ksf office building just outside of downtown St. Pete. This position reports directly to the SVP of Development whom intends to groom the employee for further growth within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity to join an outstanding commercial developer with a strong presence in Florida as well as the Southeastern U.S.

Benefits:

$65K-$70K base salary
15% target bonus

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

·BSCE, BSCM, or similar degree required

·5 years in project management/commercial building experience (some residential OK)

·On-Site experience

·Stable job history
