Purpose: A Regional Commercial Contractor has an immediate, full-time, permanent opportunity for a Project Manager in their Orange County office. Duties will include managing Heavy Commercial Construction projects including High-End Retail, Concrete Parking Structures, etc. Projects will range in size from $5 - $80 Million.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 - 10 years or relevant experience as a "hands-on" Project Manager working on Heavy Commercial Construction projects. Candidates should have a B. S. degree in Engineering, Construction Management or relevant discipline. Excellent Computer and Communication Skills are required.

Candidates should expect to work 40 - 50 hours per week. Pay will range between 70K - 100K and is negotiable based on experience. For immediate consideration, please e-mail your resume and project history to
