Description:
The Project Engineer positions are responsible for assisting the Project Manager with administrative duties associated with the commercial projects, material releases, vendor follow-up, coding invoices for A/P, routine correspondence, field dimensioning, change orders, submittals and labor and delivery schedules.

Both positions will start in the Bothell Office. However in February 2007, one position will relocate for nine (9) months to the Suncadia Resort project site located in Roslyn, WA. After the project is completed, the position will relocate back to the Bothell Office. REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate is very detailed, organized, able to manage time and priorities to assist with commercial construction project and comfortable with a fast paced schedule. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a professional environment, working both with internal and external customers.

Minimum qualifications for the positions are a Bachelors Degree in a related field or High School Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant construction industry experience. Or, at least 2 years of College in a related field plus 2 years relevant experience as a Project Coordinator, Estimator, Purchasing Agent; in a construction related field.
