DESCRIPTION


The accomplished Project Manager must have 10 plus years experience in the private civil engineering industry, preferably with a specialty in land development. He or she will have worked with design teams and understand the process of planning and budgeting projects.

REQUIREMENTS


BS Civil Engineering

Must be Registered Civil Professional Engineer, (P.E.)

Must have experience in managing multiple land development projects

Desire to mentor and train Jr. Engineers / Designers

Experience with subdivision design

Experience consulting for Residential homebuilders, city agencies
