Extremely profitable and well-recognized multi-disciplined Civil Engineering / Land Planning / Land Surveying firm is seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer with CAD Designing experience for land development projects – for residential, commercial and industrial projects.

This is a mid-size firm with multiple offices in California. The San Luis Obispo office is in a major growth phase.


Description:


This position is for an experience Civil Engineer utilizing AutoCAD and / or LDD. Qualified candidates should have 2+ years of experience in the civil engineering industry. Job duties include the preparation and drafting of land development projects. Drafting on subdivisions (residential, industrial and commercial), site-grading plans, drainage plans, street improvement plans, sewer plans, storm drain plans.

This position offers many opportunities to advance with the firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Engineer to progress to an Assistant project manager role with a stable firm.

Must be able to work closely in a team of Project Managers as well as CAD designers/drafters. Salary DOE. EOE.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in the Civil Engineering industry

Experience with Commercial, Residential or Industrial site plans

B.S. in Civil Engineering is a plus

EIT certification is also a plus
