Civil Engineering Project Manager - Client Development

This position will consist of Project Management of Land development projectsAnd Client Development.-Must have experience developing and maintaining client relationships.
-Must have a proven background in marketing civil engineering services.
-Will develop client presentations and establish agreements with clients.
-Prefer a candidate who can bring business in the door.-Must have a proven record of Project Management for Civil Land Development projects including stormwater, sewer, roads, grading, paving, and utilities.)
-Must have current design skills for civil projects.
-Will coordinate the staff assigned to the project.

REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) Required
7-20 years of experience in Civil Engineering and Project Management
-PE registration required, must be a registered engineer
-Must have experience in both commercial and residential civil land development.
-Prefer candidates that have experience working in the local Kansas City and surrounding area.
