Civil Engineering / Land Development Branch Manager

MBA Management, Inc. has been retained by one of the Mid-Atlantic region's leading Land Development / Civil Engineering Firms to seek the area's leading Branch Management talent to build their ever increasing cadre of offices throughout Virginia and Maryland.This firm has projects and contracts ranging from state awarded highway engineering and design to national FEMA temporary housing and infrastructure recovery work. Current projects have built work out for the next 5-10 years with the firm's reputation for success adding to it's contract awards and considerable reputation for excellence.A successful candidate must have a proven track record and ability to successfully inspire and guide a talented staff of Civil Designers, CADD Designers, Survey Chiefs and crewsas well as meet a vast array of private and state sector clients in fulfilling existing and attaining pending contracts with skillful and adept interactions.
REQUIREMENTS
-10 plus years of proven success in U.S. National or Maryland and Virginia civil engineering and land development management with emphasis on federal/state highway transportation and commercial /residential land development projects, processes and related activities.
-BS in Civil Engineering with added consideration for those possessing in discipline related Masters or MBA degrees.
-Proven ability to fulfill existing contracts and build new business with a high degree of result and client service excellence.
-Proven ability and desire to build career with long-term commitment to a firm committed to your growth and success.
-Former U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and/or related U.S. Military experience a plus.
