Site facility construction document production under direct supervision of a Registered Engineer. AutoCAD and Microstation proficiency required.Work independently to develop site layouts (establish horizontal control), site grading (generate contours and calculate earthwork quantities), roadway plan and profiles, and storm/sanitary plan and profiles.Draft/develop Civil construction details. Have familiarity with using City/State/Federal standard details. Assist with construction cost estimates.Experienced Civil CADD Technician able to perform non-routine and complex drafting assignments requiring application of standardized drawing techniques. Works independently with occasional advice from supervisor or others and may direct efforts of less-experienced CADD Technicians. Should have good, working skills in CADD operations. Typically requires an Associates degree and 5-9 years of experience.Keywords:

REQUIREMENTS
3-15 years experience in Civil design and sound understand Civil engineering systems and procedures (roadways, water, sewer, grading, etc.)Proven ability to with coordinating and communicating effectively with other design disciplines during designs.Must have worked independently under a Civil engineer developing Civil portions of facility designs on schedule and on budget.Familiarity with, and able to help refine and develop, standard details and Cad procedures to assist in increasing design productivity.
