Civil Engineering - Cadd Technician - Site Development

Dynamic land development firm looking for AutoCAD Technician to facilitate design of site plans. Candidate must be energetic and have a working knowledge of the land development field. Company offers excellent potential for growth. Candidate will be responsible for assembly and production of site plans for high profile residential, commercial and industrial properties. Travel includes site visits before during and after construction process to evaluate design. Company includes benefit package and is centrally located in the downtown area.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must be familiar with AutoCAD software. Knowledge of the land development process is required. Candidate must be able to assemble a complete set of land development plans for submittal to local agencies. Candidate must also be able to communicate with various agencies on permit questions. Knowledge of stormwater modeling and input required for engineer and ability to route water and sewer lines including fire protection systems. Experience in grading plans and routing storm sewer lines is also required.
