Civil Engineer--Structural

Our client is rapidly growing civil engineering firm and seeks an experienced Civil Engineer.

Responsibilities: Will be responsible for structural design of commercial and industrial buildings and bridges. In addition to structural aspects, will also consider climatic and environmental conditions for design and building. The selected individual will be part of an engineering team or will work independently on some projects. Design is done with AutoCad Software. Company is growing rapidly so opportunity exists for individual to develop skills in Project Management as staff and projects are added.

Requires 4-10 years experience with design of bridges and industrial or commercial buildings. Strongly prefer a Professional Engineer (PE) license for the state of Iowa or the ability to transfer the license. BS degree in Engineering required. AutoCad experience is a plus.
