Purpose: Position: Civil Engineer- Project Manager

Location: Sacramento, CA

Salary: $75K-$100K/yr DOE + Bonuses/ Benefits/ Profit Sharing, ect.

We are actively seeking an ambitious and experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager for our Sacramento, California office.

Job responsibilities for this Civil Engineering Project Manager will include but is not limited to management of commercial site development projects, lead design and entitlement efforts, develop project schedules, perform workload forecasting, prepare proposals, attend client meetings, coordinate with clients and sub-consultants, market the firms services, manage project budgets, and manage staff and project teams. Project Managers are responsible for reviewing all project documents, technical calculations, reports and plans, to confirm their accuracy.

Requirements / Qualifications for this position include:
- BS in Civil Engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
- Experience managing groups of 3 to 4 individuals for permitting of private development projects
- Minimum 6 years experience in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of AutoCAD including Softdesk/Land Development Desktop
- Experience using Stormshed, WWHM
- Experience with: cost estimating, site planning, permitting in local counties, storm/sewer/water design
- Experience drafting/designing on commercial retail site development projects
