Housed within the Association is a state of the art research and development laboratory focused on research related to concrete products.

Job Description
National Concrete Masonry Association has an immediate opening for an engineer to oversee its research and development laboratory, specializing in concrete masonry products and systems. As manager of the research laboratory, the engineer will be responsible for coordinating work with clients, managing laboratory technicians and other engineers, reviewing and reporting research data, and interacting with industry leaders and technical committees. Relocation covered. Base Pay $70,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience).

REQUIREMENTS
Required Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in civil engineer or similar technical background.
3 or more years of applicable job experience
Solid verbal and written communication skills required as well as the ability to serve as a team leader.

Preferred Education/Experience
Professional engineer (PE) registration.
Master's degree in related technical field with research thesis.
Experience with concrete and/or masonry materials
Management experience.
