Civil Engineer

Purpose: A leading firm in the civil engineering industry looking for an Civil Engineer I for land development projects. This position will offer an excellent opportunity for advancement. We are looking for a candidate who is ready to learn and willing to take on responsibility at a quick rate.


The Civil Engineer will work in the planning, design, management and construction of the City's public infrastructure. Responsibilities include the management and supervision of the Infrastructure Engineering Section of the Engineering Division. The section is responsible for the Annual Bridge Safety Inspection Program, curb gutter and sidewalk design and construction, parking garage inspection, design and construction, green way trail design and construction, bridge maintenance and repair, streetscape design and construction, cost estimating, and project scheduling.

Job Requirements:
1. The ideal candidate should be punctual, a self motivator, detail oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
2. Auto CAD Certification
3. B.S. Civil Engineering
