Responsibilities include:
• Act as central design lead by designing the layout of grading, street improvements, underground facilities within FEI standards.
• Ensures quality of design; implement new ideas through supervision, participation, plan reviews and training of junior staff.
• Assist team leader in client/agency interaction to build strong and lasting relationships
REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to perform each essential duty with efficiency, diplomacy, superior customer service skills and training ability of Jr. Staff members.
• A civil engineer able to provide hands-on design work and ability to monitor team members in this process.
• Must possess a combination of a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a 4-yr college or university combined with hands-on engineering experience for a total of 6 years experience.
• Four to eight years of land development in commercial & residential projects.
• Two years independently solving complex engineering problems.
• Growth oriented, self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment with a TOP NOTCH company.
