Job Description


Bentley Architects + Engineers is seeking energetic Civil Engineers to join their growing Structural Engineering Department. With 22 years of experience in the Orlando Area, Bentley has an established reputation as one of the leading innovators in public and private sector design projects.

As a member of the structural department you will work directly with a Professional Engineer and gain the design experience you need to sit for your professional licensing in the future. You will use some of the latest design software to analyze a mixture of roadway and commercial structures as well as receive hands-on experience with current building codes. A typical day could find you designing a 1-story masonry restaurant, designing a steel toll plaza canopy, or generating a foundation plan for a new office building. You will have the chance to represent Bentley and work with some of the largest public and private clients in Florida. We have the project diversity of a large scale firm, but in a smaller, more individualized working environment.

Requirements


B.S Civil Engineering from an ABET Accredited College/University
E.I.T./F.E. certification
AutoCAD Experience (Version 2000 or Higher)
Candidate must currently be living in the United States


Preferred


Microsoft Office Experience
ASCE 7 Building Code Experience
MathCAD Experience
Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Experience
