Civil Designer

In need of a Physical Site Designer for a position located in San Diego, California. Project deals ith single and multi-family developments therefore the
individual must have the ability to develop conceptual Site Plans and
Grading studies for Tentative Maps and Design Review Entitlements.

Job Requirements
Experienced Physical Site Designer who has freehand drawing and
Autocad experience and proficiency is required for our San Diego office.
The ideal candidate must have a related Degree with 3-5 years
of experience with Single and Multi-Family Developments and the ability
to develop Conceptual Site Plans and Grading Studies for Tentative Maps and
Design Review entitlements.
Freehand drawing skills and AutoCAD experience are a MUST.
