Join a quickly growing residential and commercial design/build firm. Position is located in St. Petersburg, Florida (FL), a beautiful area of Tampa Bay!
They handle everything from site feasibility studies and land acquisition to design and construction. They are currently working on projects located in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Manatee Counties. They work on commercial and residential projects. Commercial projects include warehouses, office buildings, medical facilities, etc. Residential projects include small and large single family homes/subdivisions & townhomes. Their current projects include a 70 acre subdivision, a 114 unit townhome complex, a 70 unit residential complex, a 10 home subdivision, a 150,000 sq ft industrial park & a medical/surgical facility in St Petersburg.

Position Description:
-drafting of single family and multi-family homes, as well as commercial and industrial projects
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
-High School Diploma
-At least 3-5 years of site development drafting experience
-Experience drafting site plans, grading, drainage, paving, sewer, etc
-Proficiency in autocad 2004
