Well established Construction Management firm seeks a Chief Estimator with a minimum 10 years experience in large scale commercial construction.The ideal candidate will have a project background including but not limited to municipal/institutional projects as well as commercial and high-rise condos. This individual will work directly with architects and clients as well as the management team through the entire preconstruction process.
Strong management and organizational skills a must.
This is an excellent growth opportunity offering substantial advancement.
