Carpentry Millshop Supervisor

Description:

The Supervisor will be a strong, active leader in setting the requirements and directing the operations of a skilled team in the production and installation of finished building products such as doors, door frames, cabinets, and other products.

The Supervisor must be comfortable with hiring, co-ordinating, motivating, training, and discipline of all subordinates.

The Supervisor will be involved in all roles for the supply of building products to both international and domestic GCs for commercial and residential projects.

All positions are high paying, include benefits, DOE, and ConSol Distribution, LLC is a DFWP.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience Requirements:

-Must have at least 3-5 years experience in carpentry leadership

-Prefer background in millshop work

-Must be able to organize work and production schedules

-Must be able to use hand tools

-Must be able to operate millshop equipment such as planers,
shapers, tablse saws, and sliding saws

-Experience with a CNC router a strong plus, but not required
