Are you ready to provide construction project management expertise, administrative support and leadership to a small construction support team? This corporate team coordinates the completion of traditional new store openings, relocations, remodels, expansions, and other construction relevant store projects. You and your team will partner with Project Manager field personnel in researching, analyzing and resolving construction issues and assuring timeline adherence. This position requires a highl level of organization and the ability to coordinate multiple projects at once. You will need experience in assessment of project scope, progress, problems and completion as well as bid/scope negotiation and budget compliance. Note: This is a corporate office position supporting our Field construction team.Experience directing the work of others. Supevisory experience in a construction project environment a big plus! [Note: for the purpose of our questionnaire, consider directing the work of others as supervisory experience, even if your title does not reflect this level of responsibility.] Progressive responsibility in commercial or residential construction projects. Experience with assessment of project scope, progress, problems and completion. Experience in bid/scope negotiation. Experience in budget compliance preferred. Working knowledge of construction industry and terminology including the ability to read and understand construction and lease documents. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, high-volume, fast-pace environment. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
Compensation will consist of a competitive salary based on your experience and a generous bonus plan.
