CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER - CO/NM/UT/KS/NE/OK

Are you an individual that thrives on handling multiple projects simultaneously? If yes, then you are ready for the reward and challenge of helping Dollar General open 800 stores in 2006. As a Dollar General Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for managing complex projects in an assigned area. The top candidate will be field-based and will manage all aspects of complex construction projects for Dollar General locations to achieve quality and timely store openings. In addition you will be working with the Dollar General Real Estate Representatives, contractors, and the corporate based construction team with various issues as needed. NOTE: This position does require overnight travel 60% to 80% of the time. REQUIREMENTS


Do you have what it takes to be a Construction Project Manager? Minimum two years construction project management experience is required. Certification or degree in Construction Administration, Engineering or related field preferred. Retail Leasehold Improvement experience is a plus. AutoCad experience a plus. Must be able to travel overnight several days each week. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation will consist of a competitive salary based on your experience, with bonus potential.
