CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

THE COMPANY: One of the fastest growing retailers in the US. They currently have 50 stores with plans to open many more and grow their successful business.

RESPONSIBILITES:
As Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for the supervision & management of store construction from concept through completion including:
·Conducting on-site inspections to ensure budget adherence, quality assurance, attention to specifications & timeline.
·Project budget
·Obtaining & reviewing contractor bids
·Ordering of all goods
·Scheduling delivery of all materials
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
·MUST HAVE 3 to 5 years as a Project Manager in the retail construction field.
·MUST be able to communicate in both the boardroom & at the construction site.
·Must be able to read, comprehend & revise construction drawings.
·Must be able to take an empty shell & get it “floor ready”.
·Must be able to resolve design/construction issues.
·Must have excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
·Must have a BS degree.
·Must be willing to travel.
